Convert Word to PDF

Word to PDF is useful when a policy draft, SOW, or note must leave as a non-editable file. MultiDecode converts modern Word (.docx) over HTTPS and discards working copies after download.

Important: the current engine is content-oriented. It prioritizes readable text, basic structure, tables as text, and embedded images when extractable — not a guaranteed visual clone of Word’s layout, fonts, or pagination.

Prefer a clean final draft before converting. Tracked changes and comments should be resolved in Word first when the PDF is the official copy.

If your process requires long-term retention or brand-perfect pagination, keep that PDF step in Microsoft Word / LibreOffice locally, or store outputs in your own systems. MultiDecode is the conversion utility, not the archive.
